Great experience at this hotel during our New Year getaway. The hotel is relatively new, so everything is in good condition. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals at affordable prices. We also enjoyed the included breakfast, which had a variety of options to choose from. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it to others!

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The water heater took a while to heat up and had a limited capacity, so showers had to be quick.

I always come back for the amazing service and helpful staff. They even found my lost wallet on my first stay. This place has it all - free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, restaurant, pool. I'll be back for Easter!

Perched high on a mountain, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and elegantly decorated with beautiful blue curtains and crisp bed linen. The staff is extremely courteous and professional, providing top-notch service. The breakfast is delicious, with made-to-order eggs, turkey sausage, cereal, and toast. Guests can also enjoy the nice surroundings, including a pool, restaurant, and cafe.

The hotel's location on top of the mountain may pose a challenge for guests without a 4WD car, as there is a police checkpoint before reaching the hotel.

The brand new hotel was a pleasant surprise with its beautiful blue curtains and crisp fresh bed linen, giving the rooms a modern and stylish feel. The bathroom had good finishing, and the mountain views from the hotel were simply marvelous. The staff were extremely cordial and professional, providing excellent service and making guests feel cared for. The location of the hotel was lovely, nestled two thirds up the Jebel Akhdar mountain road, and there were plans for a marvelous cafe on a terrace. The hotel offered great value for money and was an ideal base for exploring the Jebel Akhdar plateau. The clean and functional rooms, along with the excellent food at the restaurant, made for a satisfying stay. The friendly and helpful staff added to the overall positive experience.
